Delete your Reblock account
Effective: September 9, 2026
You can request deletion inside Reblock or from this page. Deleting an account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete inside the app
- Open Reblock and go to your profile.
- Choose Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
If you have an active Google Play subscription, cancel it first through Reblock's Manage Subscription option or Google Play. Deleting or uninstalling Reblock does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Request deletion on the web
Email us from the address connected to your Reblock account. Use the subject “Delete my Reblock account” and include only the information needed to identify the account. We may ask for verification to prevent unauthorised deletion.
What is deleted
Once the request is verified, Reblock will delete or anonymise personal data under its control that is associated with the account, including the Reblock profile, cloud-synchronised settings and progress, schedules and app-limit configuration, uploaded avatar, reminders and Reblock analytics identifiers where technically available.
We will also instruct processors used for authentication, cloud services, analytics, subscription entitlement management, messaging and push delivery to delete or anonymise data where required and technically available.
What may be retained
- Google Play purchase and payment records controlled by Google.
- Records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security or the establishment and defence of legal claims.
- Limited waitlist-reward eligibility information used solely to prevent a reward from being claimed repeatedly.
- Data in encrypted backups until it is overwritten under the relevant backup cycle.
Any retained data is restricted to the relevant purpose and deleted when that purpose no longer applies. More detail is provided in the Privacy Policy.
Timing and contact
We aim to complete verified requests without undue delay. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month; legally permitted extensions will be explained. Questions can be sent to hello@reblockapp.com.
