Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union and Reblock is your contractual supplier, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is concluded.

Effects of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from a contract with Reblock, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Unless otherwise agreed, reimbursement uses the same payment method as the original transaction.

If you expressly requested that a digital service begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for the service supplied before your withdrawal. The right of withdrawal may expire after full performance only where the statutory requirements, including any required express consent and acknowledgement, have been met.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right may expire once performance begins only after you expressly consent to immediate performance, acknowledge that this causes the loss of the withdrawal right, and receive the legally required confirmation.

Google Play purchases

Paid Reblock subscriptions are concluded through Google Play. Your purchase confirmation identifies the supplier and contains the transaction-specific withdrawal information. Where Google Play handles the transaction, submit the request through Google Play's purchase and refund process.
