Terms of Service
Effective: September 9, 2026
These Terms apply to the Reblock Android app, reblockapp.com, Reblock accounts and related services.
1. Operator and scope
Reblock is operated by Monika Hoeltzenbein-Pfaff, trading as Reblock, Im Langenfeld 4a, 61350 Bad Homburg, Germany (“Reblock”, “we” or “us”). Contact: hello@reblockapp.com.
By creating an account or using Reblock, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory rights you have as a consumer remain unaffected. The Privacy Policy, Subscriptions & Billing Terms and, where applicable, Right of Withdrawal form part of the information governing the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. Information provided for an account must be accurate and current. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from circumstances for which you are not responsible. One person should not create multiple accounts to obtain a trial, promotion or waitlist reward more than once where the offer is limited to one per person.
3. The Reblock service
Reblock provides Android focus, app-blocking, screen-time, schedule, task, reminder, progress and related account features. Some functions require Android permissions such as usage access, display-over-other-apps access or notifications. If a required permission is not granted or is withdrawn, the corresponding function may not work.
Blocking and reminder functions depend on Android, device-manufacturer behaviour, power-management settings and third-party apps. Reblock cannot guarantee that every app, website, notification or interruption will be blocked in every technical situation. You remain responsible for your device use and for maintaining any safeguards required for health, safety, employment or legal obligations.
4. Subscriptions and paid features
Paid plans are purchased through Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. The binding plan, price, taxes, billing period, trial eligibility, first charge and renewal information are shown by Google Play before confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Uninstalling Reblock or deleting a Reblock account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Full billing, cancellation, restoration and refund information is available in the Subscriptions & Billing Terms.
Statutory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal right, remain unaffected. See Right of Withdrawal.
5. Licence and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms, Reblock grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install and use the app for its intended purpose on devices you own or control, subject to Google Play's applicable rules.
Reblock's original software, branding, text, graphics and design are protected by intellectual-property law. This does not claim ownership of third-party open-source software, fonts or assets. Those components remain governed by their respective licences and notices, described at Open-Source Notices.
You may send feedback voluntarily. You allow us to use that feedback without payment or obligation, but you retain ownership of material you already own and do not grant rights in personal data beyond the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Reblock unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights;
- attempt to access another user's account or non-public systems without authorisation;
- interfere with service security, availability, purchase validation or entitlement checks;
- distribute malware or use automated activity that materially burdens the service;
- circumvent lawful technical restrictions except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
7. Third-party services
Reblock relies on services including Google Play, Android, Clerk, Supabase, PostHog, RevenueCat, Expo, Loops and Vercel. Their availability and independent terms may affect specific functions. We remain responsible for our own legal obligations and do not exclude liability merely because a processor or platform is involved.
External links are provided for convenience. The third party controls its own website and independently offered services.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, secure, improve or adapt Reblock, including changes required by Android, Google Play or applicable law. Temporary interruptions may occur. We will not materially remove a paid core function during an active paid period without an appropriate remedy where required by law.
Updates may be required for security, compatibility or continued operation. If an update materially changes a paid digital service, your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
9. Suspension, termination and account deletion
You may stop using Reblock at any time and may request account deletion as described at Delete Your Account. Subscription cancellation is separate and must be completed through Google Play.
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address serious or repeated breaches, fraud, security risk or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Immediate action may be taken where delay would create a material risk.
10. Liability
Reblock is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health caused by negligent or intentional breach, under the German Product Liability Act, for fraudulently concealed defects, and under any guarantee expressly given.
For slight negligence affecting an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. An essential obligation is one whose performance makes proper fulfilment of the contract possible and on which you may normally rely. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer remedies for defective digital products or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law and disputes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of that country.
Courts have jurisdiction according to the applicable statutory rules. These Terms do not require consumers to use private arbitration.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical or service changes. Changes will apply prospectively. Where a material change affects an existing paid or continuing agreement, we will provide reasonable notice and request consent where required. Continued use alone will not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
